Scheme Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Scheme Manager to support housing schemes across Leicester and Nottingham.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused housing professional with experience in sheltered, supported, or independent living environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities of a Scheme Manager:\nProvide effective day-to-day management of designated housing schemes.\nCarry out regular resident welfare and wellbeing checks.\nSupport residents to maintain their tenancies and live independently.\nMonitor health and safety compliance within schemes, including communal area inspections.\nRespond appropriately to safeguarding concerns and referrals.\nLiaise with residents, contractors, support agencies, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.\nAssist with tenancy-related matters and signpost residents to relevant support services.\nMaintain accurate records and ensure excellent customer service standards.Requirements of a Scheme Manager:\nPrevious experience in a Scheme Manager, Sheltered Housing Officer, Supported Housing Officer, or similar housing management role.\nKnowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and tenancy management principles.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage a varied workload across multiple sites.\nFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to travel between schemes.What's on Offer:\n30 - 32 hours Mon - Fri\nFlexible workig hours \nContract August 2027\nOpportunity to make a positive impact on residents' wellbeing and independence.\nSupportive team environment with a well-established housing provider.\nIf this Scheme Manager role is of interest, please apply to contact (url removed)
